Complaints Process

The work of Woodstock Mold Remediation is carried out at your property, and at times matters do not proceed as anyone intended. In that event, we wish to hear about it directly, promptly, and in your own words.

Raising a Concern

Please call (470) 632-9688 or email contact@moldremediationwoodstock.com. Where the matter is easier to explain by telephone, call and ask for the person who handled your project.

The following information is helpful:

  • Your name, the property address, and approximately when the work or visit took place
  • What was expected to occur and what occurred in fact
  • Photographs, where the issue is visible
  • The outcome that you are seeking

No penalty will result from making a complaint, and raising an issue has no effect on any warranty contained in your agreement.

Subsequent Steps

  1. Acknowledgment within two business days. A person, not an automated reply, will contact you to confirm our understanding of the matter and to identify who is handling it.
  2. Investigation. This may involve review of the estimate and job notes, discussion with the crew, and, in most cases, a return visit to inspect the work.
  3. A written response within ten business days. The response sets out our findings, the action to be taken, and the timing. Where the review requires longer, you will be told the reason and when an answer can be expected.
  4. Follow-through and confirmation. Once corrective work is completed, we will confirm with you that the issue has in fact been resolved.

Continued Dissatisfaction

Escalation of the complaint to Trent Kirby may be requested, and the file will then be reviewed personally and a response given to you.

Your outside options remain available at all times, including your state or local consumer protection office and any licensing board covering mold remediation. Use of this policy beforehand is not required and does not restrict your rights.

Handling of Complaint Records

A record is kept of what was raised and how it was resolved, and these records are reviewed so that the same problem is not repeated on a later project.

Questions Regarding This Page

Matters are best raised early, as minor problems are considerably easier to correct than long-standing ones. Call (470) 632-9688 or email contact@moldremediationwoodstock.com, and a response will be provided.
