No, you can call, email or send the form and ask your questions without paying anything. We'd rather you understand what's going on in your home before you decide on anything. If you want us to look at the problem in person, we'll talk through that with you first.
Do you cover my part of the Atlanta area?
We're based in Woodstock and also work in Sandy Springs, Atlanta, Roswell, Johns Creek, Mableton, Alpharetta, Marietta, Brookhaven, Smyrna, Dunwoody, Peachtree Corners, Kennesaw, Norcross, Lilburn and Doraville. If your town isn't on that list, just ask and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get to you.
What should I say about the problem when I contact you?
Just describe it the way you'd tell a neighbor. Tell us what you see or smell, which room it's in, and whether water has been involved. You don't need to know the type of mold or what caused it, because working that out is part of our job once we're there.
