Meet the Team
You'll deal with a small group here, and each person has a clear job so nothing gets passed around. Trent oversees every job, Donna visits your home and explains your options, and Kendall handles scheduling, insurance paperwork and your questions. That setup means the people you meet at the estimate are the ones who stay involved through the finish. We think mold work goes better when you know who to ask, so you'll find a short introduction to each of them below, along with how we work together for you.
Who We Are
Trent Kirby
The first thing Trent explains to every owner is that mold is a moisture problem before it's a mold problem, so cleaning only works if the water source is dealt with. As Owner and General Manager he oversees every job, which means he reviews the plan, checks in on the crew and makes the call when something unexpected turns up behind a wall. He cares about doing the work in a sensible order, protecting the rooms that aren't affected and keeping you informed along the way. You can expect straight talk from him, including a clear answer when a job needs another trade. What he values most is leaving a family comfortable in their home again, with a clear idea of what caused the problem and how to keep it from happening twice.
Donna Bascom
Donna likes the detective side of this work, which is why estimating suits her. Every house tells a story through its stains, smells and moisture readings, and she enjoys following the clues back to the source. When she visits, she looks closely at the affected area and the spaces around it, checks for hidden dampness and talks through what she sees while you're standing there. Then she lays out your options, what each involves and what each leaves out, so you can choose with a clear head. She'd rather take the extra time to explain than rush you toward a decision. What she cares about most is getting the diagnosis right, because everything that follows, from the plan to the repair, depends on it.
Kendall McDaniel
Customers tend to notice how calm Kendall sounds, even when they're calling about a ceiling that's dripping or a claim that feels overwhelming. As Office Manager and Customer Coordinator he answers your questions, lines up the schedule around your life and keeps track of the details so you don't have to. He also handles insurance paperwork, helping gather the photos, notes and documentation your adjuster may ask for, and he'll explain what each piece is for. When plans shift, he's the one who lets you know and works out the next step with the crew. What he cares about is simple: people should never feel left in the dark about their own home.
How the Team Works
Our work starts with one conversation and one visit, not a stack of forms. You tell us what you're seeing, Donna comes out to look, and Trent reviews what she found so the plan reflects both a close inspection and the bigger picture. Kendall then puts the schedule and paperwork in order, so you aren't chasing three different people for answers. Because we're small, information moves quickly between us, and you don't have to repeat your story every time you reach out.
During the job we keep you posted on what's happening and what's coming next, and we tell you right away if something changes. We'd rather explain a surprise than hide it. Once the work is finished, Trent walks the job with you, Kendall helps with documentation for your insurer if you need it, and we answer questions that come up afterward. That follow-through is part of the job, because a stressed homeowner shouldn't have to wonder who to ask.
